Principle of operation

STANDARD CALIBRATION - the measuring results of the flow meters under test are compared with the flow indication of a highly precise flow meter (master device), class 0.25.

PRECISION CALIBRATION - scales are used as a standard and a precision of 0.06% is being achieved.

Water tank 500 l

Multi-stage water pump (GRUNDFOS)

Frequency regulator for the pump with which the flow can be changed and adjusted

Three magneto-inductive flow meters class 0.25

Precision scales max 300 kg, resolution 2 g

Two channels for positioning of water meters under test with Dn 15¸50 mm

Special microprocessor controller for counting and displaying the number of pulses of max 10 water meters under test and the number of pulses of the standard flow meter

Computer connected with the controller via RS 232

Regulation of the temperature of the water up to 70° C

Changes in the configuration and the technical characteristics of the test stand are possible according to the requirements of the purchaser.
